THEIR CHALLENGE

Before the Windsor-Essex Child/Youth Advocacy Centre was established, children and youth had to recount their experiences multiple times to different professionals across various locations, increasing stress and anxiety.

The Centre’s mission was clear: kids should only have to tell their story once. They needed a compelling, cinematic video to clearly communicate their streamlined, child-friendly process — showing a kinder, safer, and less stressful way forward than traditional methods.


OUR SOLUTION

We approached this sensitive subject matter with the same compassion and care the Centre shows every day, ensuring the message was treated with respect and authenticity. After diving deep into their unique approach, we translated it through our cinematic lens for emotional impact and clarity.

The film unfolds through the perspective of a troubled youth, beginning with the police arrest and following their journey to the Centre — where we highlighted the supportive, welcoming environment.

This immersive storytelling approach allowed us to create a warm, powerful Brand Film that both educates and connects with viewers.


THE RESULT

The Brand Film successfully conveyed the Centre’s mission to reduce trauma in a deeply engaging way.
